Returns Policy

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will be satisfied with all products that you purchase from us.  If for any reason you are not, we are more than happy to offer store credit or full refund.

To return an item, please make a return request via email to info@relovedeight.com with your order number, name and reason for the return.

All clothing merchandise is shipped with a ribbon. This is looped around the garment and sealed with a strong glue. Customers should be careful when trying on garments, as items returned with the seal broken, ribbon removed or look tampered with, will not be accepted.

 

NORMAL RETURNS

UK Customers have 14 calendar days from the date the merchandise is shipped from our studio to return any purchases in a resalable condition. The original cost of shipping and handling is not refundable. All costs associated with returning merchandise to Re-loved Eight is the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend items are returned using a trackable service.. Merchandise returned outside of our 14 day policy will not be accepted. Refunds are issued within  10 working days following the receipt of the goods in our studio.

Once a refund has been issued, please allow a further 2- 5 working days for the funds to reflect in your account. A refund can only be issued to the original payment method used to place your order. Store credits may be issued in certain instances and may be redeemed against future purchases.. Returns received outside the above time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Re-Loved Eight and will only be refunded as a store credit.

We do not facilitate exchanges.

 

 

Re-loved Eight IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MERCHANDISE THAT IS LOST OR DAMAGED WHILE BEING RETURNED.

RETURNS PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS

Returned merchandise is immediately inspected upon receipt, at our studio. Any signs of additional wear makeup, smudges or scents not consistent with the condition of the item pre-dispatch will be returned at the customer’s expense. Under no circumstances will we accept items that  have the ribbon removed. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
